  5. cover the label so she wont know you have taken it till the stylus hits the vinyl lol then run
  6. i bought a copy for around 35 quid which was the rare one last year , managed to get just over 70 for it in trades , its nothing special and not worth 200 in my opinion
  7. dont know sorry , i didnt get that much details , only saw the 45 for a sec before it was swapped
  8. the standard blue and silver label is available for around 40-75 quid there is a west coast demo , i have seen one that ian seaman from barrowby had before he traded it this i was told is a west coast issue which is worth about 200 i think
  9. what a horrible version of thjis classic blues tune the version on eric claptons unplugged album blows the pants off this and the janis joplin version is simply awesome i know they are not soul tunes but i cant see why the high price for this version
  10. it also depends on what grading structure the people use i only use the one from record collector magazine , everyone has different ideas on what is vg g ex mint etc and people put alot of +s infront etc one mans ex record is anothers vg were they graded on apperance , sight , playable etc the best way is to try and go through paypal as goods not how they were meant to be , but if other people who bought similar lots said they were happy then you may have a job prooving it
  11. ive been going to local nights for a couple of years , although most of the time i know what the tracks are as they mainly play the classic oldies i still find myself hounding anyone within earshot occasionally asking what the track being played is i usually get told "you must know this its a classic oldie etc " so one mans classic played oldie can be another persons new discovery but id usually sooner sit through an hour of total tripe and hear one track that i really like that i havent heard before than an hour of stuff that i already know why cant people mix it up abit during their set
  12. didnt whitesnake cover bobby blands aint no love in the heart of ther city

  17. trouble is that people are bidding again thinking it is an original already over 300 pounds looking at the 2 scans it is easy to tell them apart and the dead wax info gives it away someones going to end up paying loads for a 10 pound bootleg i have had the chance of 3 copies of the boot for 10 - 20 pounds and could have listed them on ebay , but i know it was a boot and it wouldnt be right trouble is that it is a identity kept secret thing so we can not contact bidders to warn them ive been caught like this , and i have the guide so it makes me angry , i only lost 30 pounds on the 45 i bought but that is enough
  18. sharon soul you found my weakspot is pretty good
  19. got one on here for less than 20 last year , i know its getting played but is it really worth that much if it id i think i will ebay mine
  20. lost generation around 7 quid nino tempo around 10 - 15
  21. why is it that people wont buy a bootleg guide and check this thing out for themselves they seem happy to pay big money for in demand tunes or classic oldies but wont "waste" 10 pounds on a guide as its money they could spend on 45s there may be boots that are not documented but if the information is there and easily available , it is there own fault if they get stung buying a boot for original price some sellers do not state that item is a copy but they do not state its an original either so if the title has been pressed it only takes an email , if you dont get the right answer do not buy it it is worth binging it to the attention of people on here like pete did but most of the colectors on here surely have the guide or have been collecting for long enough to know how to spot the fakes
  22. PAID JUST OVER A TENNER WITH POSTAGE LAST YEAR
