will be buying the new book..from tim brown i thought soul survivors was a great book and a great introduction to the casino history will be interested to see what richard searling has to say .... personnally ill be seeing if theres any wigan sounds ive not picked up already...but im the book will be a great addiition to the wigan theme books...

i think its good there is a choice of venues to go,,,,although i understand the one venue for all,,,as much i love my oldies i love going to other venues to try,,in the last year ive been RARELY disappointed with any allniter ive attended and ive suported them all..........i would hate to have only one set of djs to have to listen to all the time ever y week as there are so many OVERPLAYED oldies and classic RARITIES . another down side is of course youre never going to be a millionaire doing niters,breaking even is the game and i put one on earlier in the year and it cost a fortune to put on but although it was great the stress was unbelievable although rewarding.... ive said before i take my HAT OFF to anyone who puts a niter on but its all about the music you put on...if its what people want to hear it will be successful.... see y'all at lifeline next week...

by demo ted ,,do you mean the copies with the red A,,,?? if so i think most copies are these,,,,the straight red is more harder to obtain i feel....

was considering selling my atlantic 584 series (nrly all complete!!!) for £2k... logged on to JMs auction site and saw Vala Reegan currently at £608!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh my god,,,not only have i changed my mind but also cant believe some one would pay this ,,,vala and art freeman were one of the easier ones to get when i started to collect the label,,,there are some real obscure releases on the label.... theres only the Vamp Green Pea 45 and the 2 led zeps that i dont want anyway plus the wilson pickett 45 neeed for the complete run.... it was great collecting this label and theres some brill psychadelic stuff on the latter releases....
