i have a tape from wigan from 79 with mr searling saying ' this one goes out the 60s connosieur Guy Hennigsan,,,,5 years later guy was at the top of the tree at stafford..with keb etc.. my thesis is that every good dj will have his day....and will get there if u persist ... on a personal note im priveleged to be getting some serious djing experience at large venues.playing to bigger audiences as well as nuts and bolts allniters at 3/5 am in the morning..learning all the time and this is after 31 years of djing ,,its a great thrill to play your records to an audience and you can see why the soul sams and chris kings dont want to give it up..theres lots of great people out there with brilliant collections and there time will come im sure... likewise some who had their time before will always return . btw carl fortnum top 3 dj in book,
