O'Malley Jones has a track on the Romark Kent Harris Kent CD. I think there's some great You Tube footage of him singing in a club. Robb who? I'm missing something here.
Hi Ricky, was it the ad that said it was Ernie Johnson of Eddie & Ernie producing. Is there any evidence of that or just an assumption from the name? He lived a fair way from Richmond CA. Ady
To confuse things further I've got a publisher's acetate of Ben E King's version (at least I think I have, I'd better play it and see if it's Maurice!) Ta Ady
It's the Italian version we found aND put out on the Magic Touch CD CDKEND 146. I'm impressed it made it onto a supermarket's playlist. I'd think the manager was a fan.

Nearly sorted now people, I hadn't realised it was the BT Yahoo hacked first. I've changed my password a couple of times and think it's OK now. Thanks to all those who contacted me and sympathised or advised. Ady
PS I've not seen any evidence of a virus just the scam. I had one from Mary Love like this about 3 years ago.
Not always extra, it's just that some of our deals are pre-digital age and to change them the licensors sometimes want an extra advance when sales of downloads wouldn't warrant it. Also the companies that do their own don't always like allowing other companies to do theirs too. It's complex and something that will ease up over time and practice I'm sure.
I wouldn't worry too much Miff, I think this is a legal technicality. Nobody's going to break down your door to see if you still have the CD or to ever check up on it.
TKOs, Garland Green, Mary Love, Peggy Woods, Wally Cox, Lorraine Chandler, M&Ms & The Peanuts, Devonnes, Milton Bennett, Hytones & Jackie Day should be available from the Ace site on download. While you're there buy the Pied Piper CD.

Hi Miff, too many were licensed in from compnies we didn't have digitl rights deals with at the time but a lot are available as individual downloads. I'll have a gander later
