  1. Come on folks, this is quite interesting, do you have an unreleased side in your collection or the one as advertised on the label? When The Going Gets Rough is a great little dancer too!
  2. In a recent article about his new book Stuart Cosgrove reckoned that this was the general trend. I've not found it that way, i think it's a pretty even split. What do collectors on here think?
  3. I may do actually, it's being posted from the States. If you find yours lemme know what nick it's in Cheers Ady
  4. Flip of He's A Lover Arock. A copy I just played has what we thought was the unissued Baby Take It Slow on the flip, not WTGGR. Are they all the same?
  5. It's proving to be elusive! So I bought one of Ebay LOL
  6. Indeed # 25 R&B hit too
  7. They all seem to be white issues then. Thanks to all who helped
  8. Thanks Robb, Roburt was sort of right but I'll hold out for an Ex copy hopefully. Cheers Ady
  9. Anyone got an Ex copy of It Ain't No Big Thing I could borrow? Ta Ady
  10. Cheers Andy, John's sent his. Is yours issue or demo?
  11. Thanks but that's just got Johnnie singing.
  12. Ha excellent Dazz, that's the different version. I thought it had come out. A scan would be great. Will PM you.
  13. Thanks Smudger unfortunately that's the instrumental LOL
  14. Excellent thanks, that's the Mirwood one sorted, just need to hear the Crestview or any LP track that starts differently to those. Cheers Ady
  15. It may be, but it doesn't answer the question so I still need to hear the US 45s at least. Thanks
  16. Maybe someone could send me an MP3 of the Mirwood and / or Crestview 45s?
  17. Thanks John, Yes, that's be great, will PM you. Thanks
  18. Anyone got a sound file of Love Is Such A Good Thing?
  19. Yes, I thought so but can't find it as the words to search for are all common. Ta Ady
  20. There are two quite different tape versions. I know the more Northern sounding of the two came out as a B&C 45 and also on an LP, maybe the Crestview? There’s a softer, slightly Harlem Shuffle type version that may or may not be the Mirwood or Crestview 45. Anyone know the story?
  21. On Earwax, Detroit 1980. Anyone got a sound file of Jackie singing on this? Ady
  22. One'll do nicely thanks! Usual procedure squire Cheers
  23. While I'm on a roll. Anyone fancy lending us a pristineish copy? CDs and credit in return. Thanks Ady
  24. As I told you on the night, that was a couple of very good sets indeed. Apart from Juan Williams, I particularly enjoyed Troy Dodds The Real Thing. Thanks
  25. I did play it in the mid 80s but that's 30 years ago now! It was good to see you Mr Whizz
