  1. Yeah, in researching I was disappointed by the Eramus Hall and Fantastic 4 LPs but liked a few of the tracks on Caesar's I think I preferred this to the others.
  2. As it 'appens Jim I've got those covered but only just so any odd recommendations will be thoroughly looked at. Thanks Ady PS Did Caesar Frazier's Till Another Day Westbound 55413 come out on 7", if so why ain't it in the price guides it's great.
  3. Thanks Paul. that'll save Richard's copy travelling several thousand miles. I'll pm you. Ady
  4. Thanks Richard, I'll probably take you up on that. I can arrange a Fed Ex on our account and that will speed it up and avoid the post strike. I'll pm you tomorrow when I've checked at work. Cheers Ady
  5. Anyone else got this or the Bob & Harold? Ady
  6. Yes but it's the rare flip, i've got the common one (typical!). Thanks either way eddie. Ady
  7. We can't find the master unfortunately. A bunch of CDs to the kind loaner.
  8. Does it exist? Could use a scan and tape to compare to our master if you do. Ta Ady
  9. We did the same at the Lantern in Harboro and at the Northants dances the same time as the wheel, occasionally if one of your mates was a bit playful, you'd get the odd Doc Marten up the backside but generally if you had the bollox to go in the middle you were left to it.
  10. We wouldn't recognise you from your name, owzabout a mug shot? If you bring your mate along to the 100 Club and we get Billy Whizz down there as well we can recreate it like Frank Skinner used to do famous footy incidents.
  11. I bet the juxtaposition with the old stuff still looks bollocks though. If he needs any help with licensing we might be able to assist, if he's selling it, it'll all need doing again.
  12. I agree with you chaps Edward Hamilton I'm Gonna Love You though the Triumphs is the ultimate. Our unreleased George & Greer on the Goldwax Northern isn't though it's called To Me It's Storming! Bloody good track though, eh Sean?
  13. Great stuff Paul, well done putting your feet where you're mouth is.
  14. Yes they used to plug for us they would have used the article to coat-tail some sales onto it.
  15. OK I'll forgive them and I missed the Elms mention. I can live with a bit of reverse snobbery, the North gets it direct most times.
  16. I think that CD was compiled a very long time ago and was only speculative as it says "rumoured". Funnily enough I'm working on a Westbound/Eastbound dancers CD now. Anyone got a copy of Bob & Harold? Ady
  17. And we didn't get a mention because we weren't in the North or they didn't know we were going or we were a passing anomaly that wouldn't last: ho hum!
  18. You're a clairvoyant Jim, our fellow Sourcer Tony Rounce is in mid compilation as we speak and though it's a tricky licensing job it's still possible and will happen. Good shout. Some of my faves are Gladys' Baby Don't Change Your Mind, Betty Everett Getting Mighty Crowded and Kenny Carlton Lost And Found.
  19. I'm 100 % sure it was RCA LP only and recorded years after his Cotillion period, the old mind's playing tricks lads. If it ain't you could probably start the bidding off at four figures. You're not confused with I Can't believe You Quit Me on Revue are you?
  20. I also love the Donnie Brooks. 3 I'm playing at the moment that are so fast I rev 'em down about 4 and they still sound mental: Lilly Fields Changes, Adam Ross Whatever's Right and Nancy Wilcox's version of He'll Be Leaving You, all will be spun tomorrow. The Little Willie John goes at a fair old lick too!
  21. Thanks John, our number is from the company's documents but you never know, I've Emailed Sir Shambling.
  22. It's That Man Again Anyone got it or know of it existing? Ady
  23. Some are good some are rubbish, you start off accepting them all, flattered by the interest and exposure and then you get a bit pickier. The best one on the 100 Club was a 10 minute London news item I remember Marva Josie singing Don't. The best on Cleethorpes was Elaine Constantine's one that wasn't ever broadcast.
  24. Patrick had to be switched at the last minute for REO Speedwagon (I thought it was a Riker delivery van) so the acetate will remain exclusive for now.
