  1. please won't somebody change the record...
  2. Might be easier and cheaper to sell it and buy a replacement when you get back...
  3. I've had a white label issue in the past and there was nothing about it that screamed 'bootleg' - seems like a case of twitchy rsouls on the word of one poster.
  4. I'd have two Ray Pollards.
  5. I wouldn't be suprised - the R&B bootlegger is putting allsorts out there...

What's the point in locking and deleting this topic? Could have been an ideal candidate for The Sharp End Of Vinyl, instead other members are being deprived of the information...

Definately did, Angus has an Aussie copy. (Different cover as well).
  10. Yer ears must be painted on. Always was and always will be a great record, even if it was only a quid a copy.
  11. Why strange that they changed the title? The Torch would mean sweet FA to any European buyer at the time of it's release.
  12. About £10.
  13. look for the topic featuring Jimmy Radcliffe's Son on here - he sold quite a few acetates that he said were in his dads possession, that turned out to be recent cuts.
  14. Swan crossed with Panda.
  15. Has it arrived yet? Sound quality is terrible on it if I remember correctly - sounds like it was recorded off a beat up copy through the worst mic on the planet...
  16. Used to love this downstairs at Middleton.
  17. Wishing Dave a speedy recovery.
  18. Rhetta Hughes is a bargain.

Have you got a link to it?
  21. Can't think of any - would have struggled through the 60s - Jackie Shane was daring as a cross-dressing singer, but his lyrics could all be classed as 'hetero' First openly 'Gay' record i can think of was Valentino - I Was Born This Way - Gaiee , but that isn't a love song...

It came out the same time as the FFRR 12", as a 7" edit.
