Isn't Lou Ragland expensive because of the flip? I've got a strange feeling that the U.S. copies are same sided demos.... or maybe I'm confused with another 70s record that got a UK release. Indication - great record but surely no more than £50?

Without having it in your hands its pretty difficult. Original U.S. albums from the 60s and early 70s had thicker card covers with 'slicks' (the top layer of the cover pasted on) - modern repros tend to have thinner more flexible sleeves.

The Union club had a no smoking policy for a while - i think it was the fact that the management were a little zealous in sticking to the policy - checking the ladies for crafty puffers - that made Mick H change venues? I'm sure Chalky will be able to confirm this.
