Is the question: Which is rarer - a record on the "Deep Soul" Label or a "Deep Soul" Sleeve? Or Which is rarer - a US issue of Lou Rawls - Dead End Street, or a German one in the picture sleeve? Or is it something else? Clarity required!

I would send him a bill for the flyers, with a notice to say that he had 28 days to pay, or I would take him to small claims court for the monies. A booking is just that.

Personally can't see owt wrong with his ad. Sensible starting price for a boot. Doesn't state that it's 'Mega Rare' or Original. Not even a look-a-likey. Probably avoided the word 'Boot' so he didn't get his listing pulled?

Isn't this the same weekend as Prestatyn? Hmmm, wonder if the offer would have been there if numbers weren't being hit by the biggest event on the calendar?

I'd say the one with the lines is definately the rarer of the two above. My copy isn't the same as either of them - it's like the plain one - but it has Dimensional Sound below the Tri - Sound (each word is to each side of the centre). I know it was booted with the same design label as mine, but this is easily spotted as; a ) it's doesn't have the Nashville Matrix stamp b ) The bottom of the "L" in "Dimensional" is missing.

Bought my Orange copy for £3 about 10 years ago - left another three copies at the same price.... wish i'd picked them up now....

Fact that he only has 10 feedback on mainly $5 records would set a few alarm bells ringing with me.

Kim Melvin turns up on eBay fairly regularly - a tenner should get you one.

Doubt it very much - Another thing that makes it 'stink' is the fact that two different fonts were used on the labels in the scans.

obviously a 'divided opinion' record this one... Would rather slam my knackers in the fridge door than listen to this stinker.

There is a rare Yellow label original, but it has the same design label as the orange one. There is also a Canadian issue on a Yellow label, again with the same design as the orig U.S. issue. Any copy with just text is a boot.

Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Gordon Staples. San Remo Strings. And Jr Walker was relatively famous as well
