  1. It is a different mix, you can tell by the matrix, most have "Nashville Matrix", the alt. one has this and "Bell Sound" or the other way around.
  2. Norman Jopling wrote for Record Mirror, the info. I had regarding Jimmy's Lucky Stars appearance came from a Feb.65 edition.
  3. "Lucky Stars" was an early evening pop programme, whereas Eamon's show was later on in the evening with interviews etc. aping the then new style of American show a-la Johnny Carson etc.
  4. He also appeared on "Thank Your Lucky Stars" promoting "Long After....." but, I doubt if that has survived either
  5. A demo copy also resides with Dave Moore on here.
  6. Not very good though, is it.
  7. Soul Brothers Six - I'll Be Loving You - French Atlantic Test press £67 Bargain if you consider the US copy goes for 40ish, wish I'd paid more attention, or is that intentions?
  8. We covered this some time back, this group of Intentions were from Pennsylvania (is my spelling ok?),but different from the Harthon Intentions, and nought to do with the Chicago/St. Louis Intentions/Intensions/Mandells and this Uptight label related to Bar-Clay and likely that this Intentions were also the Traditions, I did have an email from the label owners son stating this.
  9. or the master being changed/replaced through wear or fault.
  10. The Drifter/The Drifter Mead in Oreland
  11. What did you sell it for? PM if you're shy
  12. Great record both sides, great looking too!
  13. And a French EP, it has a picture of him on a boat!
  14. Right first time Geoff! I was invited to the press junket for LJB's re-launch a few years back, which apart from chatting with a few nice people like Micky Waller, Roger Sutton, Zoot Money & Gene Latter was a disaster, LJB being a drunken old "diva" with a terribly overblown sense of his own importance, the night being saved by his support singer who was great, but as I got a bit drunk forgot her name!?
  15. Brent is back up north, next time I see ya , I'll fill you in, nice guy
  16. The other version is via a Impact Sound test press, there were a few copies of this knocking about 10 or so years ago.
  17. Brent Howarth ran it, originally from Bolton, Malc Burton on here had a hand in a couple as well, great venue
