  1. Really?? I've always thought of this at 2-300 tops!
  2. I also got mine off Mick Smith £35, when Rob and Kitch were playing it 1989/90ish (or around then)
  3. Pat played Admirations on Peaches and Walter & Admerations on La-Cindy, He got them both off Ian Levine.
  4. Also The Pets is an early George Clinton (Parlar) production and it wouldn't surprise me if Tamala Lewis was in there!
  5. I Couldn't see a pic of the label on Global Dog, though I did find the listing?
  6. The Drifter is 1966 as well, If I get time tonight I'll dig out MR and the others I'm sure one of 'em Admirals has a DJ date stamp on it and thats the number before ATWT, Don't think I ever played MR "Drifter" must've played it when I got it, can't remember it now.
  7. Ah, but on Gary Haines it says Sound Inc. of Nashville, Tenn? It was over 20 years I saw the record so I may be mistaken, it didn't do much for me!
  8. I had a handful of copies of this pressing about 20 years ago, I think it's harder than the usual Gordy design. Unusual that they re-pressed it unless Liz was getting some action elsewhere and they thought they could cash in on it?
  9. Isn't it from Detroit? From memory it's a Sound Inc. subsidiary label similar design to Sound (Gary Haines / Dave Hall style)
  10. Billboard from 10/04/1965 reports on Yvonne Baker & Sensations (along with Bobby Guitar Bennett) and label owner Kae Williams entering into a deal with World Artists, if that is relevant?
  11. After several conversations with several different collectors from several points of the compass and age ranges and not ONE has ever seen any Bobby Treetop 45 with "R n B Time" on the flip. So can anyone prove otherwise?
  12. R.I.P. Carl Davis, and what a legacy he left us!
  13. Rob Marriott also had one back in the 8ts too (First copy I saw)
  14. Thanks for the vote of confidence Russ, I like to think I can still bring something to the table......
  15. Morning Ady,Maybe my memory is playing tricks, weren't the earlier Anniversary 45's pressed in a larger quantity?
  16. Oops, I've still got it! "No Sign Of Love" Royal Crest
  17. Same here Chalky, is the tape on here?
  18. Very sad news, R.I.P. Bob Babbitt.
  19. I'm sure I played it down there, but that would've been a long time ago! In fact I might dig it out to play at tomorrows Downtown Soulville!
