  1. Guy has this on a studio disc, which is a slightly different mix to the 45 you sold to me Dave.
  2. I've had it for years, a better copy than Tim's or the one JM auctioned a while back, mine came from Dave Thorley many, many moons ago, and I don't think it's Barbara Acklin either.
  3. Yes mate, some confusion on the pt1/pt 2 title on the tape! As I said i recognised Nogger, as he played Jeffrey Bowens on Mercury c/u as John Madara, I bought it off him a week or 2 after....
  4. I don't think Poopsike can always be trusted as it doesn't really cover sales away from Ebay, i.e. on here, Tim Brown, Dave Raistrick, Soul Bowl & John Manship. The hardest one for me to get was JJ PLMI w/d.
  5. Neil Clowes is on part one, I bought the John Madara c/u off him (Jeffrey Bowen-I'll Get By-Mercury)
  6. No, Jack Ashford did a distribution deal with Juggy Murray, nowt unusual in that.
  7. A mate of mine got 2 copies of Jack Ashford some years back, both were unplayed, and I know several other copies equally in great condition, one of which I nearly got in a trade but, changed my mind...
  8. Yes the Tommy Knight that Clarkie had was on Abtone not Edgewood, I've got a good copy of it as Ian lent it to me to cut back in the late 80's
  9. The prices are all over the place on this LP, though I think it will have jumped a bit this week!
  10. He got it down to a fine art, some of them were quite convincing, that Ad-Libs acetate JM had last month being a case in point!
  11. Spot on Jim! Hopefully we'll see some of that spirit at the Truesoul weekend later in the year
  12. I was in there at some point too! definitely while Butch was on, though it's a bit hazy! Ah just heard, was giving Butch some instructions on how to stop mike feeding back at the start of Camaro's!
  13. All Stateside L.P's have a green logo, most of the EMI group LP's pre 1970 had a coloured logo, i.e. Parlophone-Yellow, Columbia-Blue, HMV-Red etc.
  14. "Ah Huh" was played c//u as Syng McGowan "Gonna Put You Down" it's in the lyric.
  15. "So Long Johnny" was "Wartime Breakdown", other side was "Gonna Put You Down"
