  1. Think it was Ohio based, most of the pressings are from the "famed" Archer pressing plant, which led people to assume the label was from Detroit, some good stuff Sidney Wallace "Don't Hurt Me No More", being my favourite followed by Marsha & Delwands.
  2. I stand corrected I bet certain lists would put it higher than £150 tho'
  3. Out of curiosity what did you pay for it (which was it gold or red & white?) as I may let mine go. off forum if you want
  4. It's on Buddah (other side is "Drug Traffic"!), price in excess of 250 these days methinks?
  5. In agreement with Mikey and not with you on this Mr. Gash, Marisa Gatti is great IMO, haunting, great Micky Valvano backing, I could go on but, I won't. As for Cajun Heart...that's the best line!!
  6. Jimmy Mack "My World"/Spyders "I Can Take Care Of Myself"!
  7. Isn't it more of a "group" collectors piece, seem to recall there being a look-a-like repro of this...
  8. Too right, seem to remember uneven brick type affair in places, also driving round and round the one-way, just miss to the turn and end up on the way out of town several times a night
  9. Was Swan Hotel after 87? Big sounds from this era.... Johnny Summers "I'm Still Yours" Andy Fisher Paulette Springers James Wesley Tami Lynn Mello Souls Delegates of Soul Ruby.....will think of more later

  11. At least a grand, one or, two copies turned about 5 years ago of which one was sold to Sam by Butch in the region of 1500, has never turned up in any real quantity.
  12. OK, Jo, you win the Krafty cheese is on me.
  13. it's a boot, I sold one earlier this year. The original Atco should have "AT" in the runout and a no misprinted type on the b-side.

  15. Sweet Happiness was also released as Storm (can't remember the label!), don't think IWTGY was on the flip tho'.
  16. Anyone else on here ever into 9 Below Zero or Dennis Greaves' later band The Truth? The former were awesome, the latter a bit plastic but great fun. Saw 9 below a few times in the early 80´s, once at Hammersmith with the late Alexis Korner brill night! Used to like Dr. Feelgood an´all!
  17. "New Rose" on Stiff came out Oct´76, Saints came out August, they were somewhat damaged by being on EMI´s prog label Harvest, crappest band Stukas or Stinky Toys??, mind you the Vibrators were pretty bad too! Tony "Safety Pin Thru My Heart" Snot
