I thought I'd try and answer yours questions as you only voiced your opinion and rather than the usual being shot down, I thought you made some valid points that warrented an answer... I organised one of the minibuses...we were going anyway and my usual 8 seater was full (non of those were DJs), so we went for a minibus and as we had extra spaces, we let Westy & Rimmer on board too... So, in our case it wasn't just DJs who were supporting, we hadn't been before and fancied and trip southwards. I even commented that the drive down for us was a pleasure in comparison to driving northward on a Friday night on the M6. I can't answer about bar prices because I don't drink...it's only ever been about the music & dancing for me, both of which I enjoyed... The dancefloor was a put together one, which we knew in advance, so took our chances and it never fell apart... I didn't see any mention of sweets (maybe that's where they went wrong)... Plus I don't know Rod & Sallie well, so not just trying to defend friends. Would I go again, yes I think I would. Altho defo not in that venue because the mangement weren't professional...

If someone wants it and you wanna play it, who am I to judge...

It is nice looking back every so often... Just too many faces not around now and we've only been running 8+ years!!!

He actually looks about 10... He turned up to a Rugby all-niter a few years back, he still looked young for his years.

Morecambe Pier, me and my cousin used to go up on the train...if we paid for our tickets, we always got child fares...

It defo wont be me unless I've had a sex change... Plus my first son was due on 16th Feb!!! Little git didn't come til 24th, so I should have gone anyway. ( I rode my scooter up til I was 7 months and stopped working, so an all-niter wudda been easy peasy). All my mates went that night and all I got was the video they brought me back...

...oops. same here... I had this video for years and could never really work anyone out but just spotted the lad who must have the award for the youngest there that night. Our Henry from Rugby, I'm sure he was only 13 at the time... He's on the video at post 12 and comes into the pic on the left from 3mins 8 secs, poor love looks so bewildered... Defo Discogs... Works a bit like Amazon where you only pay for the listing if it sells, so no outlay or loss before you start. The listings are set out, so no need to photograph, then you just pick the price you want. Un-like Amazon, you get to choose your postage costs. I find Amazon don't cover costs properly, especially on 12"s. Good luck...gives you something to do when the tv is boring on an evening... I got a job lot of mash up re-mix awful 12"s from someone with some Technics I bought and they're goin really well...

Funny you should say that, his agent contacted me to ask if I'd heard of him and if I wanted to book him for Rugby... It's probably best if it's not portrayed properly and inviting to the millions...imagine if they all turned up......

I was daft enuf to ask if I could go...I got the "you want to go to an all-nite disco in Wigan with someone I don't know, come back and ask me when you're 18"... They did let me have all nite parties at home tho, so they probably had an idea how I would behave when let out...

I said I would cut back to one niter a month, not so much the cost but it's always a health thing with me...very boring... Did Tadcaster last weekend and still ain't over it, getting bad when a soul nite puts me back. But I supose it's saving pennies by me staying in, just sending Dean mad putting up with me when I'm on one... I've chosen my night out for April, May, June, July, August, September, October & November so far...:lol:
