Yet Another Joe Jama
I'm not too sure what I think about this record, I know it's been hammered by the few jocks who have copies, and seems to be liked by the nighter crowds. I'm still abit on the fence on this one. Not the most soulful record by any means.

Pioneers On Mercury?
Could this track turn out to be the next Futures " Party time man ".......Think it has the potential. Quiet catchy, seems to get instant approval from people hearing it for the first time...........Time will tell. Just a smidge too commercial sounding for my liking, that's not to say that I completly dislike it

Have A Good Weekend
Nice comments Stevie........After reading some of the comments and backbiting on here over the last few days, it's refreshing to read something positive. Have a great night at soulsville, another one of those great little venues that for me makes the scene so special. Give my regards to Jamie and Rich, and to everyone else, ( Unfortunatly Night shift for me). but i'll be finished at 3:00 hopefully, then tomorrow off somewhere but as yet not sure. HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND......and stuff the politics

Congestion In The Midlands
There we have to differ i think Johnny, I would rather have a choice and go to a venue with just a few there........I don't like crowds anyway. Just my personnal preference though Johnny.

Congestion In The Midlands
I think that does seem to happen with the BIg events, but at local level, it appears to be everyman for himself........I like a bit of healthy competition anyway Like I say more choice for the punters

Shute Djing

Congestion In The Midlands
I think dave is right, there will always be another event on somewhere that your venue will clash with. Nobody as the right to say that a particular night is thier night and that should stop another event from taking place. It seems to me that as long as each venue offers a little bit different from the other venue's then in effect it gives the punter more choice than anything else. What I don't like is venue's in open competition against each other, trying to out do each other by claiming to have better D.J's etc. Let the punter decide.

Angel Rissoff......c.d
I wouldn't say raving about it Alison, all I said is that alot of people seemed to pick up on it when it was played on friday, instant approval i suppose you might say.

The Ritz Desborough
I do understand were your coming from Winnie, however if we start catering for the people who occaisionally turn up for their monthly blow out, then we might as well just play C.D's and not bother with D.j's at all. That's certainly not a scene that I would like to be a part off....

The Ritz Desborough
One room for all, with d.j's who can play across the board, and if people complain.....throw em out

Angel Rissoff......c.d
Heard a track by Angel Rissoff played at Cleethorpes upsairs on Friday, myself and a good few others went upto the decks to see what the track was. Title " Break out the tears " very very good modern track with a strong crossover feel to it. turns out it's a C.D track and is avilable from the following website. you can also hear a snippet of the track......... https://www.angelmusicinc.com/ar2.htm
