Maybe a captive ordiance is the way to do it, try and get a large supermarket chain to play it over the tannoy system to shoppers.......might work

Just got a copy of the 45rpm come today, sounds great, and as said before a legit release....one more for the box

Think this is one of those tracks that when you first hear it you think what a great track it is, however after hearing a few times it don't sound so good. I've got it on C.D that I play in the car, I skip past it now when it comes on, thought it was brill when I first heard it.........

Can't say i'm too fussed either way, dayers are great if people make the effort to get there early otherwise as said before they turn into a soul night. Dayers are good for popping out and getting fish and chips, especially at the seaside dayers.......

I honestly don't consider what the value of a record is when I play it, I just play the stuff that I enjoy playing, and enjoy seeing people enjoying what I play.......If a record sounds good and get's spins, people will automatically try to get the record, this creates demand, demand forces the price of a record up, it doesn't mean that it is rare !, I think there is often confusion between what is rare and what is in demand.... I think that in answer to the original question, there is no answer......

Is this getting a few spins or did you hear it on a tape..?, I've had one for a while now, never heard it played out anywhere though.....

I tend to think that Northern soul is a good barometer on the economy, during affluent times the secene does well, during time of recession it get's hit hard. In the early 80's the scene really struggled, also in the early 90's attendances were low, over the last 10years the scene has a whole has been well supported, however, there is has been a slow down in the economy over the last year, and it is predicted that next year we could be in a mini recession for the first time in over a decade, so I think the down turn in attendences recently is a sign of things to come........Maybe smaller venues in the short term is the way forward until things improve.

Maybe we should all get beind it and start playing it, I'll give it a spin at soulsville all dayer Leeds next week (29th).....Quality track

Great track, I've played this out a few times too, sounds great blasted out, the dancers love it...

I've got a cellar, I keep all cold callers and salemen down there and torture them at the weekend, it's great fun when i can't find a soul night to go to.......trouble is they keep dying on me

Top track indeed, I play this one myself, always seems to please the crowd......you'd have to offer me alot more than £250 to part with it !!.....grab one while you can.

I must agree Jamie, The Delegates of soul is a record that would fit ever so nicely into your set, it is a track that play box is calling out for, the final piece in the jig saw almost..........If I ever decide to sell mine you will get the first refusal........
