  13. A Taste Of Honey at The Hellfire Club in Manchester runs about four times a year on a Sunday. A really great day, from 2pm to last orders, in the most bizarre venue you have ever seen It's a really social thing though, no pressure on the DJs to fill the floor, loads of mates, a real mixture of music, and a real mixture of DJs. There are quite a few playlists from the last one here

  16. Quote from the article "Set to celebrate its 21st anniversary, Carwash has billed itself - in the press release at least - as the UK's longest running club-night. Yet is this true? Here's some other long running club nights... In Glasgow Divine! at the Art School has been running for twenty years, albeit not continuously after being forced to take the odd break or two. Meanwhile, the 100 Club's monthly Northern Soul all-nighter began in 1979. Founded by Ady Croasdel, the night remains one of the most influential events on the rare soul scene." Now either my simple arithmatic is faulty, but isn't 1979 more than 21 years ago
  17. Hi Lin It's actually less then ten years since the last allnighter, cos that was 1st December 2001. Great days though
  18. Saw Harry Crosby asking if anyone living near Stoke could go and have a look at his PC a couple of days ago, so I'd guess that's the reason he's not been on Facebook.
  19. Not any more Credit given to you of course. But, is it any good ?
  20. Belles - Don't Pretend (Mirwood) Got one of these for sale
  21. Have to agree with you there Tony. It's the one I'd have recommended
  22. Only been out of the box to check it works and take some photos for Ebay, but I thought I'd give the good people of Soul Source first crack at it. Cheapest i can find it on the web is £395.00, so I'll sell here for £300 plus postage. Here's some technical blurb: If you want the choice of a physical QWERTY keypad and touchscreen typing on an Android-powered smartphone, choose the HTC Desire Z. Use the Desire Z's QWERTY keypad - or type on screen The HTC Desire Z is all about choice, with its slide-out QWERTY keypad plus the option to type on its 3.7" touchscreen. So you can choose which works best for you - perhaps using the physical keypad for emails and texts, and the touchscreen when you browse the web. This handy slide-out keypad is a feature you won't find on similar phones like the HTC Desire or Samsung Galaxy S. Impressive camera and touchscreen You're sure to take great pictures with the Desire Z's 5 megapixel camera - and they'll look fantastic on its large, bright screen. Enjoy your photos in widescreen simply by turning your phone on its side - the screen will swivel round. This is also handy when you want to see web pages full screen, giving you a better internet browsing experience - it happens automatically whenever you slide out the keypad. Get the HTC Desire Z how you want it One of the great things about an Android smartphone is that you can customise up to seven homescreens. Think of them like the desktop on your computer - places to store shortcuts to all the stuff you use most often. Simply drag and drop apps and widgets in the same way you would on the Android-powered HTC Desire and Samsung Galaxy S. Over 100,000 apps in Android Market Choose from over 100,000 apps for your Desire Z in Android Market. Many apps are free, and there's everything from games and productivity to lifestyle - great if you're counting the calories or need a bit of encouragement to exercise. You can also use htcsense.com - a site with features that include the power to remotely wipe your personal data from your Desire Z if it gets lost or stolen, or ring it for you (even if it's on silent) so you can find where you put it. Effortless social networking with the Desire Z Let all your contacts know what you're up to with a clever app built in to the HTC Desire Z. It's called Friend Stream - and it sends the same update and tweet to Facebook and Twitter. Handy when you want to let everyone know what's going on without logging in to two places. You can also get dedicated social networking apps from Android Market. Download and install them, log in, and get all your friends and family's updates sent to any one of your seven homescreens in real time. Take a fresh look at contacts With the HTC Desire Z, your contacts aren't just a phone book. You can find every email, text, picture message, chat and update from Facebook and Twitter simply by choosing a contact's name. And if you've linked your contacts to their Facebook profiles, you'll see their Facebook photos whenever they get in touch. It's a Vodafone network phone. First PM gets it.
