  1. There's no need to sound so surprised that I'm correct
  2. Ady once asked me what was the record playing at the 100 Club, at the time I thought it was this version. (Turns out it wasn't this version, but that's another story). I thought it was quite funny because Cascade is a subsiduary company of Ace.
  3. I'm with Chalky on this one. US Demo, then US issue, then probably CD before UK demo. They just don't do anuthing for me, and in reality in the majority of cases are second issues (Because the first one was American) Strange from a collectors point of view though because they are better quality vinyl pressings, and in a lot of cases a damn sight rarer then their US counterparts.
  4. Possibly one of those odd ones that was allocated a number, but never actually released ? Simple answer is, I have no idea. Someone must know though
  5. I think Jo is a teensy weensy little bit upset
  6. Carol & Gerri on MGM must be the most recent example
  7. THREE HUNDRED QUID Bloody hell
  8. If I remember correctly there were only 90 of the Kent DJ Promo album pressed. The number is KENDJ001 if that's any help in locating one. How much do they go for anyway ? Just played the Art Gentry track, it's not bad is it.
  9. We've been talking about me guesting for nearly three years, we'll have to actually do something about soon
  10. Oi ! That's my job. Always wanted to just be a customer in the Rovers Return.
  11. That's a pity, John is going to be there tomorrow night the one from Nottingham anyway
  12. Oooooooh you tempter
  13. Who the hell told you that rubbish
  14. One left now
  15. There you go, artists included. I've got a couple of copies of this for sale at £10 each including postage. First two PM get the CDs.
  16. Sian, This is a bit train spotterish for you
  17. Yep, got it on now
  18. My advice would be put the record back on ebay, and grade it correctly, naming the guy who sold it to you in the first place, and explain why you are re-selling it. You might not get all your money back, but you'll get some, and you'll have the satisfaction of knowing that all the people who looked at the first auction, will also look at yours
  19. Be Your Baby on Decca. Priced anywhere between £20 and £350 depending on who you talk to. I sold a battered one last week for £60.
  20. Bloody hell, is it really TEN years ago ! I must admit, those Friday nights at Bretby were really the dog's bollocks. If you do get Steve back to DJ Chris, who are you going to bump off the line up this time
  21. Can't hear anything Pete
  22. So hopw much are you prepared to offer for one ? I have a mate with a copy that he will sell for the right amount. Dave
  23. So have you got some cheap phones then ? I could do with a new one
  24. heh heh heh a dig at me there I think. It sounds Sixties. End of story
