Pete That's my point there's still decent records turning up but you really have to go more to hear 'em. To me Joe Mathews is a totally played out oldie, great Detriot double sider but played out. Now his vastly underated New Moon 45 "Little Angel" is a perfect crossover tune.

PeteJust beause a record is poor in your opinion doesn't make it so too others, there are loads of non ( Northern Scene) hits from the 70's which have found a new lease of life in the interim, as people's taste improved amongst other factors.Actually (You Better) Check Yourself is the offical A-side on this release.
