  6. I've just found this out on a Vault V-801B (Fatfish Orchestra instrumental on A) Very faint stamp on A side nothing on B but numbers (V-801-B then MR then triangle 103272- x) Any info on whether it's proper/worth etc please TIA Also found something called "Dance of Love" by Suzy Parker, blue Port 1226 A side to Bok to Bach - is this some sort of boot? Cheers
  7. A4 between Reading & Newbury, 10 miles off M4?
  8. For me it's the Tomangos "I really love you", Willie Hutch "Can't fight the power" and The Apollas "Mr Creator" - all got me into this beautiful scene (man )
  9. Thanks Pete, unfortunately I haven't seen/heard it yet. Was going to post it up anyway as there's a lot of Reggae/Ska up for auction too by the look of it but was going to wait until the catalogue was finished. Auction near me on 04/08/2009 has this and a few other soul bits (don't know if there will be more?) The Otis Smith is on page 3, item 197: https://www.cameo-auctioneers.co.uk/2009-08-04/ Cheers for the info
  10. Oh good ( ) I'm glad for the bloke........... No really Any idea of price/worth of this then? To be fair it was a bit rough at the start, but othterwise was fine
  11. What sort of price would you put on one of these please?
  12. Yep, I've only seen orange issues. I was a bit worried, and the vinyl description said 'fair to poor' - soundclip showed a scratch for about 15 secs than bit of background hiss, but perfectly playable. Item no: is: 160341773529 if you can still have a look once it's finished. It went for just short of £35 as I stopped - please God be a boot!
  13. Been having a mooch on the bay & was outbid for this on a gold Pulse - is it as rare as matey reckons? If not how much? TIA
  14. Raarrrgh!!
  15. "I'm a minger You're a minger too, Come on minger, I want to ming with you" And of course................... "I'm forever blowing bubbles, Pretty bubbles in the air. They fly so high, Nearly reach the sky, Then like my dreams, They fade and die. Fortune's always hiding, I've looked everywhere, I'm forever blowing bubbles, Pretty bubbles in the air Utd. Utd. errr Utd"
  16. This isn't the update (as far as I know) just a part-time thing until it's up and running. Had a look at my messages and it's empty - you could try and message mike, but careful, I expect he's a bit busy
  17. 'Doing the snatch'? Hope there's not a part 2 on the flip I'll never keep up now Lovng the Benny Poole though, does it many plays?
  18. Missed this on ebay, gutted 'cos it went for only £7.99 - someone got a bargain & it wasn't me . Funky instrumental, sounds like a Latin Jnr Walker, but has anyone any info: on him & his band? Other releases/labels/albums etc? TIA

  20. I've definitely seen more on Marc down 'yer Jerry, whether this is one of these weird localised things you often see with 45's I don't know. I know the Renee's will cost you a good 20-40 quid more depending as well, so I've based it on that - could just be lazy research though and you might be right. To be honest I don't get about like I used to - so if you are right this could be even more of a bargain for someone Crackin' tune though - floor-filler or killer for you?
  21. Thanks Bri, though there's no need to look so bloody happy about it!
  22. Cheers Tommy
  23. Hi, could anyone help with the above please, is it expensive, labels etc? TIA
