chucked my membership when the casino invited the tv cameras in more divs and dickeheads in that night than ever i only went for thre years almost every saturday and friday allnighters making a 150 mile round trip as for badgers well! spike

that was the thing just dance. but my favourite who i and most of the chesterfield crowd tried to copy was jethro so smooth and in time with the beat and he was a realy nice guy to talk. to first saw him dance when i was 16 at wigan 1976 never forget his moves, but i still think i agree just dance who cares not me i am still trying at the twisted wheel manchester spike

wigan 3rd anniversary what was the name of the live act? all i remember is that they killed the atmostpher on the big floor! and was it the exciters at the 4th annivesary? spike

went to wigan 1976 -1979 most weeks cannot remember many scoooters in the car park coulkd have been some but i dont remember any. asthe late 1970s was the second coming of the mods most them that i knew were into ska i think you have to go back to the twisted wheel manchester in the sixties to see loads of scooters parked outside an allnighter visit twisted wheel .net or better still go to the wheel its open twice a month its fantastic spike (49)

i went to the brit circa 1977-79 i am from chesterfield we used to call there on our way to coalville,peterbourgh and some time even wigan allthough it was in the wronge direction can not remember any of the djs just remember that it as areal good crowd in there spike chestefield

dave evison would always play barbeque if i asked him very nicely dont know why but i loved dancing to that tune too much coffee i think 1976-79 mr ms was the place now twisted wheel is fantastic even though i cant walk for a wekk after going spike chesterfield
