    I had a tape entitled 'Dave Rod Sounds '82'. It's got loads of their Stafford plays, inter-dispersed with all the 'Motown U/R' tracks. The whole of the tape play a tad too fast. However, all the Motown stuff play way much faster than they should.

    Some of them HAD...... Once rumbled, some had scratches in the run out, drill holes & stickers / sticker marks, especially the pb boot of the Salvadors

    I take it you've got these from articles / playlists / top ten's etc and don't have any sound files to have a guess at. Have you thought about asking if anyone has any nighter tapes from that period and even if PB doesn't introduce them you may be able to deduce the records and match them to those on the list above.

    Thanks for posting the picture, I've never seen it before, well not in daylight. What was the basic set up of rooms inside? I'm sure I went many times, going round and round trying to find it, but then again I seem to have thought I saw the football ground & the pitch, and it was on a slope!

    Nothing special IMO. Obviously the first two tracks are available on the Bombay single. Tracks 3 & 4 are on another acetate, 7" I think, and out there on the WWW if you poke around a bit
