  1. I'd have Roy Hamilton's voice and sing the Tempests "Someday" to the love of life who just got engaged to somebody else ..boo hoo!
  2. /index.p...cmd=si&img=6304
  3. unknown band - you succeeded Total top fantastic tune! One example where the band track is far better than the released vocal, you're a luck boy Mr Trouble!! www.depfunk.org for the track Here's Sandra Philips's effort
  4. The one above is the same as that in the Record Collector article by Tim Brown, I've not seen another design, but anything is possible I suppose!
  5. When Keb put it his copy on tape for me, I seem to remember it being a Trident Studio EMI disc that Ady C had done him of a tape he had turned up, but that may have been something else. I presumed they called it the Fabulous ImpacS because the Impacts record 'My Baby'? This was ebay late last year, about $1500 in the end?
  6. My endearing memory CH (apart from being stopped, having the car searched by the DS) was sitting in the bar having a nice cup of tea when a bloke opposite started to pull something out of his pocket which I thought was a hanky. Out popped this white plastic bag which split cascading about 300 little white ephedrine tablets all over the place. Offer to help pick them up, grab a handful? No I sat there like a tit and finished my tea as nowt had happened!
  7. I have four of them on tape, I'll put them in the sounds gallery.
  8. Thanks for jogging my memory, I've been trying to figure out what it was for ages, been converting an old Robin tape to CD.
  9. No. Might have been the last one on that particular layout with the word Victor instead of Nipper and the Gramaphone, otherwise I've no idea.
  10. Probably a problem with the way they are being encoded when turning the recording (.WAV) file into an mp3; the site only like them in certain formats for 'streaming' otherwise they play a bit 'pink & perky'!
  11. Carl Fortnum has had one for ages.
  12. I would have said £10,000 at least, maybe £30,00 plus a frank wilson
  13. Because I've had a 'boot' for 22 years (according to the Ovenchip) and I'd like to see the real thing. Apparently, the 'originals' with the correct matrix numbers cause multiple orgasms upon being played out, whereas the boots (I've only ever heard played a couple of times back -in -the- day) lead to an instant outbreak of genital herpes!!!
  14. Holy st. James!, WOTS THAT ALL ABOUT?! link
  15. How many 'Embers' are there? I presume the ones on MGM & JCP are not the same group?
  16. Please could you put up a scan of the "original"
  17. I'm doing you a couple of CD's of 70's & 80's L.P. tracks and twelves this weekend.
  18. I've seen it between £40 & £60 in recent times. You might be able to pick it up cheaper on UK London label
