Hi shsdave, the playlist was based on what we play at Pure soul at Hartshill, Nuneaton, this was my, Les & Pauls theme (all Pure soul residents) also the green rooms (Hinckley) Ady & Colin who have the same tastes as us we had a blast all night , stuff like this doesn't get played in the main room much, it's usually mainly the more popular oldies With modern thrown in , Phil Shields does play stuff like us tho' & what a great dj he is ATB....Rob

R.I.P to one of the best guys on the soul scene, we had some blasts with Joe, esp. in Oslo a few years ago, a true gentleman, what a very sad day
