You could try looking on Discogs to establish what you have and the value, it has listings that include originals, legal issues/reissues and bootlegs, most listings include pictures. Although its not as comprehensive as a John Manship guide it may give you an idea to start with. As has been said the original/bootleg/repress questions will be the hardest to answer but Discogs may give you an idea of original/re-issue/value etc.
Discogs is quite easy to use once you get used to it, plus you can see what people are selling stuff for. Obviously record condition is important and can also be a bit of a minefield, but there are also guidelines on how to grade records.
