    Rose Coloured Glasses indeed, although it was always less common to see punch ups and blood letting at any Soul do than on a "normal" night out. There have always been those who woud relieve you of your-coat,holdall,money,gear,records and be prepared to do you damage for the priveledge. Tony

    Hmmmm 37 english quids at the mo' Never said it was a bad tune, in fact the odd coupla times I've played it at Heywood it went down quite well- It's just I thought it was a £10 to £15 job. ATB Tony

    Now then, Dancers beware!!! For the rampant Health and Safety Commissars have decreed-- that in Council owned buildings which have dancefloors that sometimes are used for other purposes( meetings, polling stations etc) then the "dancefloor" has to have a non slip surface!!!!!!!     Here's an idea. Seeing that so many Modern Rooms are less than full, perhaps they could be redesignated as Soul Creches, then all the youth could gather in relative safety,whilst us old farts got on with it. "Everything under one roof, it's the Future" Tony
