  7. I asked a similar question on here a coupla years back, and got a resounding no. Now the miserable old b*stards are two years older, what sort of reply are you expecting. Remember, Sheridans was open every week-nights promoted by different folk though- and that good little venue wasn't packed week-in week-out. ATB Tony

  9. Largely agree, couldn't understand what all the fuss was about in the first place. It's a decent enough tune, but been battered to death for so long and so often that I'm personally sick to the back teeth with it. I have the misfortune to go to several Corporate do's each year and can guarantee that during the after meal Disco you'll hear " here's some Northern Soul", then he'll play 3 Do I love You Out on the Floor & The Snake Thankfully just enough time for a nice Cigar ATB Tony
  10. Believe it or not, it's Donny Osmond Tony
  11. Probably the best example of a great tune that at one time you couldn't GIVE away. Tony
  12. It could be 1 2 3 4 5 etc. Tony

  14. Not having to listen to shite like Tennesee Ernie Ford was a major factor in my life Tony
  15. More likely the gear doing all the talkin' It's a POP CHART HIT. FFS Should never be heard outside of Two Way Family Favourites. 18. F*ck me, now I understand why Rod is going off on one on the other thread. You cannot seriously tell me that this has been played out! It's the sort of stuff me mam and dad listened to in the 50's. Pop Hit records like this is the reason many of us got into decent music in the irst place. Now where's my Copy of "Big Bad John"????? Tony
