  6. I have no idea, I don't know what it means at all. When I first started reading Blues and Soul, A Crossover record was one that made it in the Pop charts, especially in the US, in other words had crossed over from being a Soul Hit (or C&W) to making it in the mainstream. Nowadays it seems to mean any record slower than Mid Tempo Tony
