LOL, i was just going to reply to Gasher's previous post "this is the only music we listen to" - with 'apart from the Beach Boys'. My second fav after - N.Soul of course. I was round Nick Brown's last week listening to some tunes and the subject of the BB's came up. He hates them - shame for a guy of such taste (hi, Nick, i will be ringing you next week ;-)) And i think G Toones is rarer than Surfin on 'X' and totally rarer than the release on Candix. Dont regret selling Toones it if its gonna get you the money to buy the stuff you want...but if you like it and others like it then keep buying this stuff mate, you wont regret it and we need some new converts.

my memory has failed me here. but sometime this year, or was it the last? we we had come back from an allniter, though could have been a soul nite, but i doubt that, and James T rings up and plays "Eye of the Tiger" down the phone. That was it, nothing else. most strange!!

I sort of nealry, quite, maybe, agree with Chrisitan. I have seen records go on ebay for less than i would have expected, BUT these are not the all-time classic ones, which seem to be on the up price-wise.
