Back in Aug I sold a soul pack, (70 singles) I mailed it recorded delivery / signed for. The buyer from Rishton, Blackburn filed a claim against me saying the package was not delivered. She swore blind the parcel had not been delivered but I had a feeling they were lying through their teeth. They threatened me with Police and Solicitors etc via emails if I did not refund the money immediately. I wasted loads of time filling in the form to claim from the post office and responding to the multiple paypal emails. The post office eventually confirmed the package had been delivered and even provided a copy of the signature, however in the meantime my paypal funds were frozen until the whole fraudulent scam was exposed. Paypal did sort out the claim in my favor but the hassle of it all really fecked me off. What pee's me off is that they are still buying / selling on ebay, they should have been booted off! I wonder how many other people they have tried to rob with this scam! regards paul
