    I have just bought from Blacka and while it did take a couple of calls to get hold of the lady in sales (my fault for ringing so late in the day) they couldn't have been more helpful

    Surely it would have been better to just put it on at the price she wanted in the first place rather than keep upping it every day? As for under the stairs for another 5 year? I doubt that somehow. If it doesn't go on Ebay it will probably be sold privately to one of the many who have emailed her. Good luck to her, can't say I blame her. Not that I could afford it but the collector in me can't help being a little p*ssed

    Was played last night at a local soul do and there were a couple of die hard souls giving it a good go. Always liked this myself. As already mentioned CODs - She's Fire (Combinations - piece of p*ss lol), Reggie Saddler Combo - Hear My Song (no chance) and Larry Wright - Sweet Sweet Kisses (although Jocko managed it from start to finish at the Wilton once)

    No disrespect but I think with it being such a tight deadline and no way of knowing how much is needed and no way of seeing if that target is reached will make people a little wary. Also what if the required amount isn't raised? What happens to all the money that is raised? A little more clarity would help maybe. Again, no disrespect

    Of course, but those days are long gone. The scene has been going a long time, there are a lot of knowledgeable people out there, there just aren't the amount of unknown records anymore and like it or not there are a lot of DJs with the same records (good records for sure, but the same none the less)
