Bisley huh .. my very first 'nighter! To bad its so far (I now live in Massachusetts, USA). I remember Derek well .. seems I'm so grey on others though! After my start in the scene around '76-'79, I got into scooters and then scooter racing .. with that I lost contact with a whole bunch of great friends. After being contacted by an old [scooterboy] friend who had just published a book, I started to remember all those good times on the scene and figured I'd might as well try to see if I can find out what happened to a few of my old [old] soulmates. Stupid me never kept old address books and I never had many photos; all I have are a few names and some great memories .. so if any of the names trigger any memories from you, it would be great if you'd let me know. Personally I used to live in Surrey and travel north with the crew/coach from Aldershot area (to Wigan, St.Ives, Yately, Wakefield). So here goes: Carolyn Senior from Harrogate Liz and Brenda from Huddersfield (reminded me of Laverne and Shirley! and they always traveled together) .. got me to go to Scarborough one Easter (that was my downfall!) Barry from St.Albans Steve from Guildford Yes that's pretty crummy info .. but someone might remember something based on the timing ('76-'79)?
