    just a note on the "extra options" bit just read refosoul now can take external links so if you do offer past or current shows via a mp3 link you can quickly add it to the refosoul radio section - a 5 sec affair basically it uses the player to play your show via the link while offering all the usual refo features - intergration, search etc just goto add a clip as usual, on the submit page instead of uploading - click the "Post Youtube or External clip link " paste link , add some info and that should be it your show will then show in all the radio section plus all the usual refosoul places

    a brief period of possible mayhem and such ahead part of the long standing plan is that each clip will have its own thread and once this is setup comments and the forum thread replies will be intergrated eg if you comment on the forum thread it will show on the clip page and vice versa this is working now for recent clips - however for it work for all clips need to auto generate the threads for each clip just so aware if start spotting threads by yourself that wasnt there before and so on

    is there another news item somewhere ? where do you get wigan, feather cuts , bags and all that from ? post passed on reads like just some photographer guy shouting for a few youthful northern dancers for some photo shoot from what read the guy may have some sort of handle on things with a mod related background https://www.deanchalkley.com/html/biography.htm not my cup of tea, but as you can read it is of interest to some members all reads like a genuine shout and a genuine attempt to get genuine people involved to me

    thanks for sharing news of the start up sure it be of interest to many have you posted in the radio guide on here yet? if do so your show will then automatically display on the front page of site on the day of show and it also starts up a discussion thread in the audio/video forum plus one or two shows have used the site chatroom as a sort of drop in and talk while listen thing best of luck mike

    this is the sales forum idea is that people flog stuff if you do see a sale and wanna talk about the item for sale be it its current value, your personal thoughts on its merits, its effect on climate change etc etc then ask start up a new thread in box as such closing this and will move the posts to a new thread in a bit to the original poster your first post was a bit unclear, suggest you post an intro and then repost the item for sale stating, method of selling eg price, open to offers etc , condition, methods of payment, scans if any, contact details and so on if you do need any assistance or not sure just ask and sure someone will help thanks and good luck with your sale mike

    Had a request to put up this shout, there's an info email at the bottom Photographer Dean Chalkley. http://www.deanchalkley.com/ Dean is famous for his iconic portraits of the world's brightest music stars and compelling snapshots of youth sub-cultures - one exhibition you may have see recently is called 'The New Faces' which launched in April 2010 and revolves around the mod scene. http://www.creativer...n-the-new-faces His new project will touch on the Northern Soul and Rare Soul scene. It is a short film and Photographic Project. It will be presented through the bi annual culture and fashion magazine '125'. So we are looking for good youthful Northern Soul dancers, a mixture of male and female. The people we are looking for should also be able to dance well to Northern Soul, it would be good if some are able to do the more acrobatic style of dancing (i.e. spins, backdrops, and a bit of floor work too) but not all have to - so if you consider yourself a good dancer and are interested in getting involved then send me a message! The potential shoot days will be 16 January and 30 January in a central London location. On 16 January there will be small group of dancers required and on 30 January a larger crowd will be needed.
