a kick up Reasons why insist on text in sales Firstly the forum is a text based forum, the whole structure of the site is based on text, that is how the site works Images are welcome to assist members sales but the sales post must also include the title of the image, the condition and price is needed in text format. feeds every sales post on here is picked up and shown on and off site via various feeds site feeds such as activity, search engines, profile pages and so on social media feeds - all sales post are automatically posted to our various source social media feeds such as Twitter and Facebook, these feeds do not show images, so if no text present, they are posted as blank search engines - both on and offsite search engines need text to index the sales posts, members use the search engines to both search for 'wants/sales' and also 'research disputes - any disputes will be a lot harder to sort if it depends on a image accessibility - members with poor eye sight can and do increase the text size of browsers and devices for easier reading. Plus 'Text can adapt to different screen sizes and orientations (think desktop vs mobile), and tends to wrap and display properly across them, remaining readable. '
