Guest cC B Posted December 20, 2006 Posted December 20, 2006 Do you have a sound clip of Sonic Explosion? Think someone played it at the Lifeline Weekender earlier this year, if I'm not mistaken?? How about Ice "Reality" for your list? Should be pretty hard

Guest James Trouble Posted December 20, 2006 Posted December 20, 2006 (edited) I think the Dynamic Upsetters is rarer on Mega (a beach music lable )3 known copies ..but Dave Raistirck can confirm I think Andy Witmore has one doesn't he? If that's the one I didn't think much of it personalyl. Bit wishy washy crossoverish for me. Or is that a different record? He seemed to think he had the only copy, if I remember rightly, it was pretty late in the night, like 8am and down wind of a few vodkas. Edited December 20, 2006 by James Trouble
Simon M Posted December 20, 2006 Author Posted December 20, 2006 (edited) Nah, I've had two of those...hopefully not two of the three Thanks for that . Jason .. maybe not ultra rare then Would never call it crossover ..quite frantic really Edited December 20, 2006 by Simon M

Coverups once uncoverd seem to turn up , plus thats when the real test comes of rarity and with time of course!! Natural Impulse was around £30 at Soul Bowl , and some at Voices .Rod Dearlove's place so I guess more that 5 ? Edited December 26, 2006 by Simon M

There's a couple we've got covered up which we know won't turn up - don't ask us why they're covered then! Also got a box rammed with unknowns that haven't turned up. Will probably be playing a few of them at the Bass Museum. Natural Impulse £30 When was that early 90s? Thought it went for silly money now? I find Ice very monotonous - maybe I wasn't in the mood for it at the time.
Guest cC B Posted December 20, 2006 Posted December 20, 2006 (edited) Al 'Alonzo' Wilson hasn't been commented on so maybe that's holding up too I know of at least 4-5 copies not in the UK.. No idea how many there are in the UK, though... Got mine from Butch.. Edited December 20, 2006 by cC B

Steve G Posted December 20, 2006 Posted December 20, 2006 Black Rock Educators on Cohen? Can never make up my mind about this record as to whether I like it or not. Also got a killer deep B side just like King Moses.
Jason S Posted December 20, 2006 Posted December 20, 2006 Black Rock Educators on Cohen? Must be over the magical 5 copies mark as 4 were sold from one seller this year - think he kept one back for himself, too- plus there's yours and at least another one in the UK...
Guest cC B Posted December 20, 2006 Posted December 20, 2006 So what about Tony Fox "love, let love and be loved" on a 45rpm ? I'm sure there must be some more copies out there, but I haven't seen 'em.. Was played off the LP originally, wasn't it?
Steve G Posted December 20, 2006 Posted December 20, 2006 Have you got Justin lamotte Steve ? Don't think so. Doesn't ring a bell....

Guest cC B Posted December 20, 2006 Posted December 20, 2006 I think searling and sam had 7'' I've been told that they both played it from the LP. But then again I was only a kid back then in the early 80s, so I can't tell for sure.. Still, I've never seen it for sale before or met anyone else with a copy..
