Mal C Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 Been dealing with a well known dealer in Las vegas (mischino) who has allot of tracks on Ebay..anyhow I won two tracks, one of which I paid for through Pay Pal straight away, the second I had a problem with in that I needed to verify my Pay pal account, so in the mean time I mail them to inform them asking them to keep the earlier 45 and send both in one package thus saving on postage once I get verified and pay for the second. A week later and having emailed each other they start a payment dispute through the ebay system on the day thay had agreed with me would be the day I paid having got varified. Then today having paid yesterday i get the first 45 through the post, with $3 post on it, having already paid $7.50... and just to get this all done paid the second 45 at the $7.50 rate cause they had agreed but not ammended the postage their end.. I'm not happy... Do I leave Negative Feedback or not? Mal

I'm not happy... Do I leave Negative Feedback or not? Mal Hi Mal, Having checked out mischino's feedback, it wouldn't be the first time he's messed up with similar issues. I would say that the best thing to do is to either leave neutral or negative feedback constructively stating the facts. The very worst he can do is block you from his auctions, but if he's prone to so much error, would you really want to continue doing business with him? I think his star rating also leaves a little to be desired. Meet you over lunchtime coffee soon! Gene
Guest proudlove Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 Hello mate, there are several things you can do 1-Leave negative feedback, but he could do the same to you,2-File a dispute with E bay,3-Contact the seller to see if you can resolve it to mutual satisfaction,4-contact Ebay customer service as it seems that it was Ebays glitch that caused the problem, there is a direct number on the first or second screen, Hope this helps Steve
Gene-r Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 (edited) 1-Leave negative feedback, but he could do the same to you No he can't - not any more! Edited April 15, 2009 by Gene-R

Guest Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 i have had similar mixups with him at least twice but he did resolve both of them those bastards never got my 45 my bank had to refund my money back to me--no more dealing with mischino
Guest inspirations001 Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 those bastards never got my 45 my bank had to refund my money back to me--no more dealing with mischino slightly off track i know. i sold a record and after about 6 weeks left positive feedback (thinking everything was ok)! then i get a message asking where the record was.then the guy opens a dispute for item not recieved. paypal then took the money out of my account and refunded the guy.i mailed him and said i cant prove tracking as he only payed for standard p+p(enen tho for extra £2 he could have had recorded) and he told me he payed enough and i should have sent it recorded anyway! cheeky twat. so now i am down £20 plus a record has been "lost",and subsequently i am suspended,as i took all my money out of paypal cos ebay and their fees can go get f***ed!! am so pissed off with all this and it seems now the seller has no comeback. anyone else experienced anything like this????

Mal C Posted April 16, 2009 Author Posted April 16, 2009 i have had similar mixups with him at least twice but he did resolve both of them Thats interesting to know, I'm gonna positive feedback him but say never again!! that way people reading will get the drift.. Its all about faith in this game, my feedback speaks for its self, if American sellers out there, and it is generally them, get silly I'm simply gonna stop buying and mention to people I know about that experience, name and shame basically... Gonna send him this link also.. So (mischino) in Las Vegas has nice tracks, all as described, but Buyers beware, he / She is a nightmare to deal with! Certainly my last time. Mal.C.

Mal.C. is this the guy who keeps selling FOUR TEMPLES/RINGLEADERS? i'm sure he told me he owns the rights to this so he's aloud to sell the "boots"! also he seems to have lots of TOWANDA BARNES "LOVE SLIPPED THRU MY FINGERS" if i remember right!
Mick Holdsworth Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 .. (enen tho for extra £2 he could have had recorded) and he told me he payed enough and i should have sent it recorded anyway! .. Is that what you meant - and EXTRA £2 for recorded delivery - surely you meant £2 total ?? anyway, you should still be able to get your £20.00 back from PO anyway if you still have the PO receipt.
Makemvinyl Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 Similar thinghappened to me recently only ever had probs before with a guy in NY but thats a different story Although it has some bearing on the case, Sold the guy in NY a record with Tracking to prove postage as thats what was asked for, Tracked item to NY then disapeared and never"alledged arrived at his address" 60 quid down and a record lost, Bought 2 from a guy in Italy a month and a half ago overcharged postage no probs only 2 dollars more than stated and still havent arrived tried 1 communication with seller no solution 2 paypal to chase no solution 3 dispute with paypal (you know money back from paypal if there is aproblem) no solution because he showed proof of postage"not neccesarily to me" he gets away with it I lose out on another 60 quid will not buy from Italy again and cant leave neg feedback as he hasnt done anything wrong say Paypal just cant prove to me where and when he posted records but gave an italian postage tracker which i cant access from the uk so salvo2001 (labelmusic@yahoo.it) has my money and i have no records
