his walls are gonna be sound now ,2ft thick concrete..!!

'A crazy psychopath is off the streets. He thought he was too powerful to get caught, but justice has finally been done.'

Total f**king nutter, many years of not paying artist royalties as well. Lala Brooks and several others have been on the "Wrong end" of his legal team !

Watch out for a Channel 4 documentry that has been waiting "In the can" for at least 3 years whilst this lot was sorted out.

As always there's a thin line between genius and madness------where did I put that straight jacket ?

Rob

ps watch out for the appeal !

He's a 1ST class nutter

Phil Spector and Joe Meek are very alike in many ways. Both had a unique production technique during the early '60s which, apparently, other studios and producers tried to emulate with no success.

Both Spector and Meek suffered some sort of psychological disorder. Spector blamed most of it on his persecution at school because he was a Jew.

Sadly, both producers had an unheathy interest in firearms.

In 1965, Phil Spector wanted to meet Joe Meek during a trip to the UK. Meek flatly refused, mainly due to paranoia about Spector trying to 'steal some of his recording techniques'.

It is the " just arrived on a motorbike " look .......

If his appeal fails , he will be saying hello to the big chair , and " River Deep , Mountain High - Voltage " .........

I'd say the last thing he'll be wanting to hear when he gets inside is "be my baby" in a deep gruff voice?

One way that Meek and Spector were not alike...

Spector produced maybe 100 recordings between 1960 and 1967. The vast majority of them are unqualified classics...

Meek produced at least 100 records a year between 1960 and 1967. The vast majority of them are unmitigated crap...

Loreal Because your worth it

It dont come easy (Ringo Starr)

just looking back at his songwriting/producing catalouge..this could go on for ages....

Riven Deep ..Mounted High??...LOL

Steve

A sad decline of a true living genius.

He was a man who adored and understood pop music. If only his personal life was held in as high regard as his music.

There's a fine line between genius and insanity. I think Spector has erased this line.

It only took them six years to end up with this result.....if it'd been less high profile would have been done in a week & he'd have the chair by now.
