Connection Between Lupine & Mr Kelly's Lounge

I'm doing a little research about Detroit (as if that subject hasn't already been done to death) and find that the address 4466 Chene is the same for both the final 2nd series Lupine releases and Mr Kelly's lounge where some of the Detroit Soul acts performed yet I can't find any more information about a possible connection. Does anyone know if there is one and if so what (Robert West?)?
