I have them both LP and 45' (demo), sorry not for sale, but i can't imagine the LP is that hard to find via the WWW, the 45' seems a little more difficult even though it seems to book for just a tenner. By the way Big Time Lover is the original LP with the title track on (ie first issue)

Les from KingBee will probably have one or both...but it's probably a bit far for you to physically go and have a look as he is in Manchester. He has a website though..

https://www.kingbeerecords.co.uk/

May be worth mailing him to ask...he has new stock in all the time.

I also have both...fantastic soul music proving you don't have to pay a fortune for quality.....
