mikeysoul
It's a Tom Waits song from his Franks Wild Years album. I thought this series version was the Five Blind Boys of Alabama, but previous post suggests different. Great song Mike Link to comment Social source share

I'm more confident about getting the artists right, rather than the order in which they appeared. Anyone reading this, I'd rely on Mike more than me ! pete Link to comment Social source share

Guest Polyvelts
Just watched episode 7 - series 1 and Steve Earle does a cameo - playing a reformed junkie!! Mike There's a great scene when you see the middle aged homicide detective 'Bunk' get out of his car shot from quite a bit away, and he is popping a few old school soul train moves, as the camera gets closer you can see and hear that he is singing and dancing along to 'Backstabbers' playing on the radio !!!
