I had a few copies which I knocked out or swapped at £25/30. Found it virtually impossible to sell for the Two Timin' side but plenty of funk collectors go for "I'm Not Ready for Love". Rightly so too - much better tune IMO.

I picked up a minty copy for $10 US on the bay. That JM price seems a little inflated.
