I've lost tarck a bit as well while eating. I think (although I'll do the maths later) we're down to just Jack Montgomery again as I don't have Barbara Randolph.

Ok lets add Harlem Shuffle.

Actually let's not - I only have the fast Mirwood sounding version on one the 'Joy' label "Keep The Faith" albums from early 70s.

Just Babs then

I reckon Rod is gonna be really cross when he comes back and we've not reached a consensus.

So, what if I throw in "Footsee"?

All in favour say aye!

...er, nay. Got it on a CD, but that's enough 'Footsee' for me. Never owned it on any vinyl format.

Oh Godz!

What about Ernie Johnson - Big Man Cry?

or

Earl Grant - Hide Nor Hair?

P

I don't think you're supposed to add one until you say you ain't got one. But letting you off, No to Ernie but yes to Earl.

Actually I've just realised that I don't understand Rod's criteria for the ones he left in out of the Top 500.

Anyone get it?

Thought they were all discounted, also thought you could add a title if those still 'live' are below 3?

If you look he seemed to just chose a section from 300 and odd to 400 and odd, presumably deleting the ones he doesn't own out of that section.

I just PM'd him anyway cos I can't tell anymore if I'm a pupil or a student teacher but I need a wee and might cry soon....

Then she said she did, 70's? you better stand with Godz and wait for Rod

70s soul? I'd be better off with twisted oldies, preferably white pop with slightly a psychedelic edge, Burning Bush, The Present, Susan Farrar and so on. Got all of them. Not suggesting they'd be appropriate for this thread mind you.

Is it obvious that I've abdicated by the way?
