Guest Posted May 25, 2005 Posted May 25, 2005 (edited) Hi! Here's a small list of some great items. I still have not sorted my paypal account (I know, I know...), but can probably work something out, indeed I need and prefer paypal at least up to a certain amount. Cash is also OK, as is IBAN transfer. NO checks and such please. * Otis Brown & The Delights - Southside Chicago - Ol M- small w.o.l. £250 Rare and superb Chicago mid-tempo northern. Not seen this much at all over the years. * Emanuel Laskey - I'd Rather Leave On my Feet - DT M- £300 Rare silver label, different version to the green label one. £175 less than Manship's price... * Robert Sanders & Entertainers - What I Don't See Can't Hurt Me - V.L.V. WDJ M- £350 Super rare and very soulful northern obscurity. This is as low as I'll go! Manship guide says £750 and £1000! * Tomorrow's Men - Who's That Lady - Congress M- very small t.o.l. £80 Same backing track as the popular "We've been in love too long" by El Anthony on La Cindy, only this is a male group tune that is FAR superior! Has listed and sold at £100. * Emanuel Laskey - I'm A Peace Loving Man/Sweet Lies - Thelma M- £80 * Tommy Neal - Goin' To A Happening - Pameline EX/VG++ £60 * Dickie Wonder - Nobody Knows - Golden Triangle M- £250 Overall M- but has a tiny mark that causes one or two light pops on the intro. * Ed Simpson - Pinch Hitter - Gold Future VG++ £250 Rare 70's dancer. Pounding beat and strong vocal. Recently sold for £450. * Clif Nobles - My Love Is Getting Stronger - JV VG+ label small w.o.l. Vinyl looks VG++ and it plays fine. £150 * Metros - Since I Found My Baby - RCA Victor EX+ £125 * Paramounts - Under Your Spell - Magnum M- £150 * Brothers Of Soul - I'd Be Grateful - Boo M- £150 Rarer red label VINYL pressing. * O'Jays - I'll Never Forget You - Imperial WDJ M- dh £175 Rarest format. WDJ is rarer than the coloured label styrene DJ copies + it is solid vinyl. * Chosen Few - Birth Of A Playboy - Maple WDJ M- £80 * Lenny Williams - I Couldn't Find Nobody - Fantasy M- £60 * Jackey Beavers - Lover Come Back - Sound Stage 7 M- £35 * James Havior - Girl, Girl, Girl - Crow M- £60 Good mid-tempo Detroit northern. Same label as Joseph Webster. * Little Herman - Gotta Keep On Walking - Gina M- £50 Great early sounding northern. * Dealers - You Got It - Big Bunny M-/EX+ £25 Good up-tempo northern. Old Mecca spin. * Bobby McClure - You Bring Out The Love In Me - Island UK VG+ £50 Plays with some occasional light crackle and background noise but on the whole plays very well. Fine for djing I think. Killer 70's/crossover mid-tempo. Same backing as Love Affair on UA but a far superior tune. UK only! Regards Edited January 14, 2013 by Guest
