One listed on e-bay from 2007 reached $290.

Brilliant record, i was one of the bidders that lost out on that auction :D

There's another version of this (an unreleased one that appeared on a Grapevine Compilation, i think) that's far superior though IMO.

Maybe someone on here could shed some light on it.

The other version is in refosoul, I agree its much better - fabulous record!!

The unreleased version was played some years ago by Andy Rix off an Impact Sounds acetate, think theres a few kicking about, sure others have said thye have one.

There were a few acetates around when all the vinyl groovey Grooves stock surfaced...I found one in Tokyo too!

Was never sure if it was pukka or not, though it had typed credits rather than hand-written.

when did groovey grooves stock surface? wasn't it a custom label? there are a couple oddball group soul records on the label that are pretty rare and I don't think copies of those are around.
