Guest Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 I agree with the prices listed above. Lamont Dozier might go a bit higher IMO. It could be £50-£60. As for: Breres hammond Soul Reggae, I have seen a copy listed for 90 EUR, but I think there are different pressings, and the price will be different from one pressing to the next. Maybe someone else can help a bit more on this one.
Jordirip Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 I think you might pay a bit more than a fiver for Bobby Thurston on Hi-Hut. Jordi
Guest tee cee Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 I managed to get £100 for the Bobby Thurston 2nd issue about five years ago.
Guest Brian Ellis Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 (edited) I think you might pay a bit more than a fiver for Bobby Thurston on Hi-Hut. Jordi Jordi You're so right and totally understated for this LP..................you struggle to get anything for a fiver. Where does that price come from.....whilst not as rare as the original, I'll take every copy priced at a fiver for resale at a credit-crunch-busting profit. Glyn - sell me yours for a fiver and I'll send you half the proceeds within fewer than 7 days. Brian Edited March 18, 2009 by Brian Ellis

Brian He did 'nt say it was Hi Hut I wrongly thought it was the expansion Lp ( Always makes me smile when people chip their twopenneth in after someone took the time to put prices on while people lurk !! ) Anyhow hi hut shouldnt be £100 thats crazy money for a reisssue IMHO. Incidentally there are 100's of bargain lps around UNDER a fiver check the internet. Lp prices are way down on what they were two years back. Eg sold a Bobby Wilson I ' ll Be Your Rainbow for only 3.99 - was a £20 plus lp over two years back. Inflation my arse !! Edited March 19, 2009 by glynthornhill
