Julianb Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 Waiting for a parcel from the States for which I paid by paypal via credit card ( it was bought outside ebay) but as a seller the guy has 100% feedback for 500+ items. He was supposed to send registered airmail but says he has misplaced the tracking number. It's just over 3 weeks since I paid - am I getting paranoid about not receiving yet ( I know there has been some correspondence on here about late parcels from the States) and I have today received a couple posted only last week! Is there a time limit on putting a claim in or should I hang on? ( not saying the seller is dodgy, just need to know my rights. Any help greatly appreciated. TIA Julian
