Constellation161 Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Can anyone advise how to remove the residue of a sticker [sAFELY] from the grooves of a VINYL 45,have tried STICKY STUFF REMOVER with success on the section towards centre of record but runout grooves are proving to be a little more awkward.Thanks in advance.

The way I remove felt-tip pen and glue from labels and vinyl is by uesing any make of acetone free nail polish remover as this is made to remove polish from false nails so kind to vinyl, put a little on a cotton bud but you still have to go easy it's a long and boring job but worth the time.
