Just obtained one of these for going out.

Looks less chunky than my Breitling, with a suit!

Oris Frank Sinatra, automatic cronograph, very nice!

Thought I'd show you my Hermes gold watch...

  • EVERTIME APOLLO WATCH. I had this in the 70s when the Apollo programme was happening . This still works perfect, The rocket is the second hand on a glass disc and goes round the moon. 😎

  • I may regret this (if it needs any work or servicing, costs a bomb) but I really wanted to go get another Seamaster

currently in rotation Tutima DI300 with yellow face. Titanium strap so nice and light. But it does get superficial scuffs quite easily as its soft.

lovely watch gets a lot of positive comments. Well I would say that :D

Now that is a very nice watch Byrney, is it auto or manual?

Thanks Steve. It's manual - looks even better when worn.

My dad found it in a house he and my brother bought from auction for renting out, it came with some contents (mostly junk). This was in a box in a wardrobe. Almost mint condition.

Another Omega Seamaster (one is never enough!) This one's from 1958.

absolutely i've got my eye on the shark dive  just deciding wether to go for PVD coating or not.

I seem to be going throuhg a big chunky watch phase recently although I do also like the more smarter dress watch as well.

there seems to be a great choice of good quality watches in this price band right now.

I have added a couple of russian manual wind watches pics to follow.

poljot ruslan and a moscow classic which was listed as a diver but I wouldn't risk it even in the shower......

but for the money i'm pleased with both and will keep an eye out for other russian watches.
