Trying to speak to Paypal live is a nightmare, but I have just achieved this. This is how I did it, trying to use the UK numbers is useless as you only get an automated sevice, so Ring the US number 402-935-2050You get some menu optionsChoose more optionsThen choose securityThis will get you through to a live opperatorIf you get passed to another department you will need to be patient, it took me 10 minsHope this is helpful Dave

All I know is it all happen on one day, lots of charges to my credit card Amex and mean £1000's and lots of currency moving through my paypal account. All in the hands of the police and the to companies involved, now.
