Guest Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 Hi there, did anyone catch the documentary on bbc2 last nite - "Real Litte Britains"? Part way through the programme i suddenly got a tingle down me spine as i heard the amazing "California Montage", by Young Holt. Not what i expected to hear at all, but a pleasant surprise.......... carl
Paulb Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 Saw that too. Was quite suprised. 100 greatest no 1's had a few motown numbers on too so not a bad night for soul on the tv.
Guest Karen Heath Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 And of course, one of the featured "Real Britons" was Robyn, (or Rob)-pre-op transsexual and formerly of this Northern Soul parish!
